Choosing the right school for the child is not an easy task. This is why we believe that the first step of the admission process should be to visit our school and get a feel of the school.

Dates for Admission

Admission for the session 2024-25 has been started from 15th December. We are accepting the applications for classes Play way to Grade 4. For any further details you can contact us or visit our school. The deadline for admission is 20th March, this can be subject to change. We will update our website for any changes in dates or information about the seats. If the seats have been fulfilled, we will notify it on our official website and other media sources.

We follow the regular process every year. The candidate must be registered prior to the closing admission date. The last date will be announced by the school.
But usually this is in March.

Every candidate must be registered prior to the date laid down each year by the school. The deadline is usually in March for admission into the School.
There is a fee that must be paid on registration and this is non-refundable.

In the admission for Grade 1 to 4, students have to show the Report card of the previous class and entrance test will be taken. All examinations are based on the CBSE Syllabus, so that there should be no need for a pupil to make extra preparation for them.

Completed application form must be submitted at the school office. Issue of this application form or receipt / registration of a completed application does not imply admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the Principal of the school will be final. Parents and the students are invited for an interaction/ interview with school principal and Admission head during the admission process. Dates and time slot for the same will be duly notified.

Documents Required

Please note that we do not consider an application complete until all these documents have been submitted.

  • Birth Certificate of the child
  • Proof of residence in the name of parents and child: Passport /Aadhar card
  • Proof of employment / office identity card of parents.
  • Three recent Passport size Photograph of the Student, one duly pasted in the application form and two to be provided with the Admission form.
  • Two recent Passport size Photograph of both Father and mother.
  • SC/ST/OBC/Other certificates (Attach Photocopy)
  • Photocopy of Mark Sheet of the Annual Examination attended in the previous school.
  • Transfer certificate of previous school. (TC)

How to Apply

  • Admission Enquiry
    Fill out the online form in the Admission Enquiry section of our website. On successful submission of your enquiry, you will receive an email from our Admissions Team with more information about the school, along with a link to a registration form. You can also enquire through a phone call or by personally visiting the school
  • Registration Process
    Fill out the Application Form that requires personal and medical information about the child, details about the institution last attended, and some mandatory documents i.e – Transfer certificate, adhar card, and birth certificate. A non-refundable registration fee of INR 1000/- is applicable for this process.
  • Application Screening
    The received application and supporting documents are screened for eligibility by our Director of Counselling and Section Coordinators.
  • Admissions Interview and Aptitude Test
    A Personal Interview is arranged for the parent/guardian and the child with members of our Academic Council. Separately, an Aptitude Test is conducted for the child which comprises of one hour written test in English, Mathematics and General Awareness.
  • Admission Confirmation
    Subject to the child’s performance in the Interview and Aptitude Test, an admission confirmation letter and fee payment details are shared with the parent.
  • Payment of Fees
    Successful applicants are required to pay the non-refundable admission fee to secure their place. Post payment, a house number is allotted to the child. The rest of the fees are payable as per the fee schedule.

Fee Policy

The Landmark School being an independent private school maintains high standards and good infrastructure and facilities for all the students. The fee structure and policies of the School are designed to support this infrastructure and is subject to change at the discretion of the Management. Once the applicant is confirmed admission, Parent’s/ guardians would need to pay the Admission Fee (non- refundable), to reserve the seat with the school. In case, of a mid-Session admission, the Parent/ guardian need to deposit the Admission Fee (Nonrefundable), Security Deposit and the applicable regular Fee. The fee payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the balance period of the academic year and the school will consider the date of joining as the 1st day of the month of joining. However, since the school curriculum is challenging it is advisable for a student to start from the first day of the Academic Session.


Guidelines for Payment of Fees:

  • All fee payments should be made by the 10th of each month
  • The School does not send invoices separately and timely payment of the fee is the responsibility of the Parent/guardian, as per the schedule mentioned above.
  • A late fee fine will be imposed of Rs.10 per day from the 11th day of every month.
  • Any student who has more than a month’s fee pending will not be allowed to attend classes. The student will be allowed to attend classes only after clearing the dues and payment.
  • All payments to the school can be made by Demand Draft/ Online transfers. All Demand Drafts are to be made in the name of “The Landmark School”, payable at School.

Rebate for Siblings

We value the importance of giving siblings equal exposure by being in the same schooling environment. Therefore, second and subsequent children of the same parents studying in The LANDMARK School are eligible for 10% rebate in the Regular School fee. The rebate is applicable to the younger sibling (s). However, the moment the eldest sibling leaves School, the next sibling will lose the eligibility status for rebate, having now become the only or eldest. The rebate is not applicable for other charges/fees including the Refundable Security Deposit, the basis of which shall remain the standard fee for the relevant Class. *The rebate mentioned is subject to change at the discretion of the Management of the School.
